Good news came from Tangshan Tianhe’s Malaysia project site that the limestone mobile crushing and screening production line has been put into operation.
Background of the project:
Malaysian client’s company was established in 1972 and operates quarries, limestone processing, quarry engineering and trading of quarry products, blasting engineering and cargo transportation services. The main purpose of limestone crushing is to provide suitable size limestone blocks for the kiln to calcine quicklime.
Advanced limestone crushers include primary crushers and secondary crushers: Common primary crushers include jaw crushers, usually equipped with rod vibrating feeders (for screening fine materials). The secondary crusher adopts a double-roller crusher, which has a high block rate of finished limestone materials and a large processing capacity, which reduces the waste of limestone resources, lowers the cost of raw materials, and greatly improves production efficiency.
When the double-roller crusher is used as a secondary crusher, the output of finished materials is significantly increased. At the same time, the processing capacity of the double-roller crusher is also higher than that of traditional secondary crushers with the same motor power, such as impact crushers and cone crushers. The production operation time of the double-roller crusher can be shortened to achieve the productivity of the traditional secondary crusher with the same power.
Project Introduction:
The project is mainly focused on limestone crushing, with a designed output of 300 tons per hour. The project adopts a double-toothed roller crushing and screening integrated process solution, including main equipment such as a double-toothed roller crushing vehicle and a screening vehicle.
The crushing principle of double-roller crusher: the motor drives the two toothed roller devices to rotate through the transmission system to crush the materials. It has the dual functions of screening and crushing. The crushing teeth are arranged in a spiral. The two rollers rotate relative to each other like a grid sieve. It can screen out materials smaller than the product size and crush large materials, avoiding the defects of coarse and fine materials being mixed and crushed. The product High agglomeration rate and low over-crushing rate. Using the eccentric cup adjustment method, the discharging granularity can be easily adjusted.
Project Features:
The block rate of finished limestone materials 40-90MM is increased by 15%, thereby increasing the percentage of finished materials entering the kiln, reducing the waste of limestone resources, increasing the reserves of finished limestone, and improving the production efficiency of the entire production line.
